The extra details were nice such as the brown paper table covers and freshly ironed linen aprons (being messy without the guilt).
The "surgical tools" provided to help you peel, pluck, prune and pry your way through crab legs, jumbo shrimp, mussels, clams and other delicacies, made it fun and very adventuresome.
Our waiter and busboy wrote their names big and bold with a blue marker on our brown paper table cover as an extra touch. Rick and I "turned the tables" and wrote our names as well...that was a hit. From there after we could hear the other waiters and busboys encouraging passengers at other tables to do the same thing. I think we helped start something new. :)
The food was amazing, plentiful and we got messy digging into our meal and scrounging for every last morsel of succulent sweet meat from our seafood pots. When the dessert cart rolled around we had to pass because Rick and I could not eat another bite. What a night!!!
Next on the itinerary was Trinidad: South American Cruise 2014
